History

Its origin dates back to 1312, with a major 16th-century rebuild by Juan Bautista Antonelli, the same engineer who rebuilt the Torre de La Mata.

From the 23,000 m² lookout park you can see the coast towards La Mata and Guardamar, Tabarca Island to the north, and on clear days the Mar Menor and Isla Grosa to the south.
